Hani El-Rafei

Hani is a Melbourne-based comedy performer and sketch writer whose life transformed after discovering his passion for various comedic pursuits, from clowning and stand-up to sketch writing and acting.

In 2021, Hani joined the TIC community and has since performed in sketch shows, as well as co-creating and starring in "The Great Resignation" at the 2022 Melbourne Fringe. He has also trained with clown teacher Giovanni Fusetti.

Offstage, Hani runs an accounting agency catering to startups and not-for-profits. Hani has a penchant for discovering productivity apps that he becomes obsessed with.  People have now started dubbing these productivity hacks "hanihacks."
