Lauren Sewell

Lauren (she/her) is an actor, improviser and former horse girl. You may have seen her in her breakout role as the Wicked Stepmother in Year 1.

Lauren has been doing improv since 2023, performing with multiple indie teams and currently performs with Harold team Ruckus. She has also watched all available seasons of Grey’s Anatomy to date. That's right, all 22 of them.
