Marie Katherine

Marie Katherine is a Melbourne/Naarm based actor, improvisor, director and creative producer, currently producing the comedy show Pull Yourself Together.

She has studied at the Victorian College of the Arts, Brave Studios and The Improv Conspiracy (TIC) and performed in several improv and sketch comedy productions at TIC and the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Selected theatre credits include a nomination for a Curtain Call Award for Best Female Performance as Stella in A Streetcar Named Desire, Romaine in Agatha Christie's Witness for the Prosecution, Eva in Absurd Person Singular and Felicity in The Real Inspector Hound.

Marie also directed (nominated Green Room Award) Melbourne Fringe Festival comedy drama The Aussie Ethnic Identity Crisis by playwright Aran Thangaratnam. When not pursuing her passion for comedy and theatre, she pushes paper around at a national law firm.
